I decided to enroll in RW since my husband was having seizures and I was getting immensely anxious constantly. During these sessions, I learned all about the power of pause, breathwork, proper jaw relaxation, and giving yourself grace. Many of these techniques were things that I could implement in my life that day. My anxiety is not necessarily gone, but I am dealing with the day to day much better. I would definitely recommend working with Cass!
