As a Director of Operations, I began exploring yoga and nervous system science as a way to calm my stress. What started as a personal experiment became a professional awakening.
Through this work, I rebuilt my confidence, energy, and leadership presence — and rose to become VP of Operations at my company, all while feeling more balanced and fulfilled than ever before.
After logging over 1,000 hours of yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation certifications, I’ve taken everything I learned and built it into the framework I now teach inside Burnout to Breakthrough — helping women rise to the top without burning out along the way.
