I spent years inside corporate America doing everything right.
I had the salary, the title, the recognition, and the respect of the people around me. I became Director of Operations at 26 and VP of Operations at 30, leading large teams in male-dominated industries.
And behind the scenes I was quietly burning out.
The pressure to perform. The endless proving. The feeling that no matter how much I achieved, I had to keep white-knuckling my way through just to stay there.
Nobody taught me how to hold that much pressure in my body without it eventually breaking something.
So I went looking for a different way. I went deep into somatic science, nervous system research, yoga, and embodiment practice. And what I discovered changed everything — not just how I recovered from burnout, but how I led, how I showed up, and how I taught others to do the same.
I now have over 1,000 hours of yoga and embodiment training. I have worked with hundreds of women in corporate. And I built The Embodiment Labs because I know firsthand that the women who change their careers are not the ones who found the right strategy.
They are the ones who finally got into their bodies.
