Wow, what a POWERFUL training that was. 

Thank you all who showed up today ready to learn. I made a pivot last minute to adjust some of my content and it was just what was needed. What is happening in this country is not ok. Our children are not safe at schools and that is not ok. Today I taught some powerful tools that you can use to boost your energy so that you can take inspired action. I know that so many of you deeply want to see change. We can not create change when we are exhausted and tired so use these tips in this training to gain energy and use that energy to create change.
