Hi, I'm Cassandra!

In 2017 I was a director of operations and part of my job description was to run 7:00 am sales calls with the entire company. 

I used to snooze my alarm until 6:53 and rush over to my laptop feeling sleepy, groggy and those meetings didn't go over well. 

I realized that I needed to take care of myself before I ran my company so I started creating my *morning magic*. 

A few years later I had my daughter and EVERYTHING changed. I didn't have the luxury to practice an hour of yoga, followed by lemon water, meditation and dry brushing. 

I had to create a new routine that worked so I went to the drawing board and tried a bunch of new things on. 

Nowadays I like to think of myself as a morning magic magician! This is something I help my clients with inside of Burnout To Breakthrough and I can't wait to share with you all!
